Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods & weekends there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number.
Whilst our teas are small, and can be sent in a mailer sometimes our gift boxes and larger orders cannot be left in your mailbox. If this is the case we recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to receive your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.

Free shipping post on all orders over $60.
We offer a door to door shipping service.
Pricing varies depending on the weight of your order and your location. Freight is calculated at checkout.
For wholesale and commercial orders we offer a flat rate of $15.95
INTERNATIONAL
We do not currently ship internationally - but we are hoping too very soon!
